What if what I order does not fit?

You may return the item and we will send another item that you want at your cost for shipping.

Why is my order taking so long?

If we do not have the item in store, we order it from outside printers. It can take minimum of 1-4 weeks at least. As soon as we receive the out of stock item, we will ship it out with the rest of your order.

Where do store purchase profits go to?

Monies made from store are used for scholarships, donations to fight cancer, firefighter families that have been injured or died, the Honor Guard, the Clowns and many, many DFD community events. Without our members and you to purchase our official Detroit gear we wouldn't be able to do all we do!

How much is Shipping and Handling for out of country orders?

After you purchase your items we will contact you and let you know what S/H is. If you choose to continue with the order we will bill you that amount. If you choose not to continue order we will just cancel it for you.
